I've been using Liberro for about 6 months. The reasons I stay are the fast service, the friendly, helpful customer service, and the quality product. When I see other clunky ecigs, I feel sorry for the user, or the ones with the fake burnt ends that look like a toy cigarette. Liberro's choice of design for the Realis is excellent. If they brought out batteries that had a matte finish, well it would be perfection.

I feel there could be a customer tips section on the site as getting to know the product can take some skill and could seem like it's ineffective at first. For example:

If you are not getting a desirable amount of vapour
1) check the battery. It might be low but not quite at the flashing stage
2) could be time to change the tip. The taste is different towards the end- a metallic tinge. I change at first sign of that.
3) if neither work, unscrew and use a piece of tissue rolled to a thin point and clean in both openings thoroughly; poke it right in. This always improves vapour.

If you still can't get a good drag, and have refilled the tip several times. It could be time to throw it away.

When filling:
1) use the method as described on the site. Wipe excess juice off, making sure not to rub into when the paper is joined- go in the same direction to stop it peeling after many fills
2) stand upright, metal end down for at least 2 mins for juice to settle (prevents leakage)
3) blow gently but firmly once, with the metal end of tip in your mouth, into a tissue (removes excess juice that's been unable to soak in and may leak out)
4) roll up tissue into a point a clean in the hole and around the metal section
5) with brand new empty tips, fill as above, then rest for 2 to 5 mins. You can then add about 2 thirds of a cap again with the same method. Then clean as mentioned. Otherwise the first fill tends to run out very quickly. The material that soaks up the juice can take more than a cap first time around.

Remember to use the caps to seal the tips when filled, or the juice will evaporate.

When working properly, you should get a good throat hit without sucking until you hear a whistling sound. And there should be a lot of vapour produced, not a small unsatisfactory amount. Time to do the check list if it doesnt seem enough.

Very occasionally I have to flick the Realis where the 2 sections join to encourage it to start working. This is rare though.

I believe you did too good a job with these ecigs, I had..yes HAD been smoking 48 years and decided for health reasons to go on to ecigs, I have now been smoke free for 13 months and completely free for 5 months..a big thank you

Just wanted to thank you so much to all at Liberro, smoked rolling tobacco and cigars for 27 years, tried the rechargeable e cigar and british bulldog eliquid as my 7yr old son begged me to stop smoking,over four weeks now since smoked at all!You have let me keep a promise to my son and I will not switch back!THANK YOU SINCERELY!!!

My story begins 2 years ago. I was feeling breathless and coughing day and night. During October 2010 i had a CT scan and bronchoscopy which revealed i have emphysema - I was only 46!! but 30 years of 30 a day was taking its toll. Did i quit smoking? no i sunk into a pit of depression, smoking even more than before. Then, on April 13th this year my neighbour (who had purchased her first Liberro starter kit just a week earlier) offered me a puff on her e-cigarette. All i could think was WOW! Within the hour i had ordered my starter kit - which arrived the very next day and during the last 19 weeks my life has changed dramatically. Not once have i had the urge to smoke a real cigarette, well, there is no need to is there?! And for me life has miraculously returned to normal. No longer am i breathless, no sleepless nights filled with coughing. During this time i have re-decorated the entire house - something completely out of my reach before, while i smoked real cigarettes. At the age of 46 i had become 'an old woman' - my family would agree with that, but now they see such a transformation in me. All i can say is, Thankyou Liberro, you gave me my life back :)

I just recieved the realis starter kit this morning, it is the third e cig starter kit that i have had in the last few months, the first one, a cheap generic one to get me back into "e smoking", the next was skycig, which was almost what i needed, but Liberro have absolutely nailed it, the PCC is strong and has every feature you could possiby need, holding a full e-cig and a spare battery, it gives you the option to charge your spare battery or just screw it in for safe and secure keeping, it comes with rubber bungs on everything to make sure no liquid escapes even if the PCC is on its side, (as apposed to a sticker on others that wears out very quickly) the lights inside and out, just everything about it is spot on! Its is perfectly designed :) and thats not even mentioning the cigarette itself, with medium to moderate heavy use, i would say the cartomizers would about last you a full day, (a quick "smoke" every 20 mins or so) and so far the battery has lasted me from 1pm and it is now 5pm and its still going, i would imagin sometimes it may not last quite this long, if used more often, But all in all it is THE ABSOLUTE BEST E-CIG THERE IS!! 11 out of 10!! I am actually coming back to this company technically because my very first e-cig i had was a few years ago, from Liberro, but then they were known as: e-cigs.co.uk, so i am now a returning, loyal customer, AND their customer service is also top of the line, both orders i have so far placed have been packed and sent out within an hour or two, and both have arrived the very next day!
